testing blind specific mastodon clients So in the least surprising news ever, neither nor work with the new DotNet . I wasn't really expecting them to, as neither works with anything but absolutely standard . Both happily ask for an auth code, but then TWBlue just dies. Tweesecake actually pretends to receive posts, but all of the posts accept for mentions have no text in them, the same way they do with Pleroma or Akkoma. Enafore works perfectly though, so it doesn't really matter.

testing blind specific mastodon clients @fastfinge I think TWBlue and Tweesecake gave up on Mastodon.

testing blind specific mastodon clients @Orinks What's good on desktop these days? I'm just running Enafore as a PWA right now.

testing blind specific mastodon clients @fastfinge I don't know. I'm using Tweesecake but it's probably far from good, missing features etc.

testing blind specific mastodon clients @Orinks From what I can tell, the issue is that they're both using the same Python library to access Mastodon. And that library is no longer maintained. So they can't add any features without a complete rewrite.
