What is the prefered TTS/screen reader hook library to use these days for Windows? AccessibleOutput, Tolk, something newer? I'm a bit behind here.

@fastfinge Thanks, I saw Sral, not the other. I'll look at some point. Though for a lot of things, AO2 may still be just fine.

@Jage Their's also Universal Speech. That's what the playroom uses and the dev open sourced it. I have no experience with it, though.
