@fastfinge@interfree.ca@GothFvck So the thing that I like most about the fediverse is that there are thousands of less permanent instances. As soon as you get something as large, expensive, and important as The Internet Archive, it becomes a target, and everyone gets overly dependant on it. I'd rather hundreds or thousands of instances storing the shows they care about. Then if five or ten go away, nothing is lost.
