@fastfinge Was that setting recently changed? You have to go to your account settings and "reset account cache" to instantly reflect server changes like that.
@ivory No, I'm a new ivory user. Sadly, Ivory doesn't quite meet my needs for other reasons: no per-user boost filters and no way to filter replies from my home timeline. Good app otherwise, though! Just not for me.
@ivory I want to filter out all boosts from a particular user from my home timeline. And I never want to see replies in my home timeline. But I can't find anywhere in Ivory settings to do these things.
@fastfinge When you are on a user's profile, there's a “settings/options” button near the top that has a bunch of actions you can perform. One of them is “Disable Boosts”.
When you are on your home timeline, the search button near the top has filter options. You can create your own custom filter, add the rule "no replies”, save it and set it.
