@fastfinge That's not sucha bad thing. It just says "follow me on micro.blog". You don't need it. Very cool that they are also federated with BlueSky now.
@fastfinge I have a paid plan, too. I wanted my own domain and all those other features. I've had it for a few years now. I'd never go back to Wordpress.
@lynessence Some day I’m going to figure out how to self host so I can stop paying Americans. But the existing solutions are all flawed in one way or another.
@lynessence If I wasn’t working I would. All the pieces exist, it’s just a matter of integrating them all. That’s really all micro blog did is build a really nice front end on top of open source stuff.
