Do you use #eloquence with 64-bit #NVDA? If so, release v7 is now available, fixing bugs with say all and skim reading. An attempt was also made to handle unicode paths, but I'm unsure if it worked completely. github.com/fastfinge/eloquence_64/releases/tag/v7
