@feld I enjoy when I plug an extension cord into itself. Then don't catch it because I can't see to know none of the lights are blinking, and spend the next 45 minutes wondering how the hell I bricked my router.

@fastfinge I continue to be amazed at the perseverance of people who are blind and in tech

I grew up in a very small farm town with no tech community around me. There was a nearby town that when we passed through it my dad would point out the house of a guy he knew that happened to be a blind computer programmer. I just couldn't comprehend it. It seemed too difficult to be real.
