To the three people who may've visited it in the last year,

I've taken my personal website offline indefinitely. I'm no longer able or willing to commit to maintaining a WordPress installation.

Reasons include: the recent PHP incident, the increased likelihood of similar occurrences due to AI-accelerated vulnerability scanning and exploitation, and the insidious ableism at the helm of the WordPress project.

A static site would be the way to go, but involves its own accessibility-shaped challenges. I've been through various iterations of a personal site and blog since 2008; this may be the moment I admit that it holds little interest for me and give it up.

@jscholes Uh. And to clarify if anyone else reads this thread; I know James probably already knows. But this is a starting point. Not an out of the box solution. At absolute minimum, you need to edit deploy.ps1 and settings.yml, delete the content of the output folder, and set the appropriate github secrets and environment variables. This repo is "see how I do it", not "this solution will do it all for you".
