If you're reading this, please so I can get back to being federated with the . Unfortunately, the data center I've been hosting with for years and years encountered some serious issues. I had to move suddenly, losing almost everything. I took the chance to change the software I use. But I've still lost all of my followers, all of my federation, etc! It's also taken down rblind.com, my passion project to get more folks off . I'll be bringing that back over the coming days. In the meantime, hi! @allypally Thanks! I’ve ended up with more followers than I had before, so it all worked out. Favorite author? While I loathe his politics, I find myself partial to Heinlein. The guy knew how to tell a story. Same for Spider Robinson and Isaac Asimov.

@fastfinge I like the Laundry series by Charlie Stross, @cstross with its combination of penny-pinching government bureaucracy and horrors from the void. Also the Steerswoman series by Rosemary Kirstein. Highly original. I can’t wait for the next one.
