How many people have ISPs which NAT them (CGNAT or whatever other contrived solution they've cooked up) and NAT hole punching is literally impossible?
Does anyone know of such an ISP/configuration?
and changing the outgoing IP mid sessionhow does that work? wouldn't the entire TCP session have to be rebuilt with a new handshake?
